Bacon Butty Book now on sale!

Following months of intensive research I have now completed my tour of Cumbria's favourite bacon butty providers.

Rather than just concentrate on the food I have taken the opportunity to see what Cumbria's hidden corners are hiding, and learnt some fascinating historical facts, and found some interesting walks, off the beaten track.

I've found out where a seventeen foot giant is buried, how to become a knight of Piel Island, and checked whether my ancestors were murderous, lawless Reivers.
