Denied Access to the kingdom of Piel

After waiting a long while on the ferry slipway for the ferryman to take us to Piel Island, for the king there to provide me with a bacon sandwich, we gave up on the idea. This was a good idea given the size of the boat and the size of the waves!

Maybe the lack of the ferry had something to do with the events that occurred on my last visit to the Kingdom (the less said the better!). To explain, the Kingdom of Piel consists only of a pub, and a derelict castle.
